My interaction with LaserLink was solely virtual but I felt the warmth of great customer service.Liasing with different people from enquiring, getting a quote, designing and delivery.. What amazing work from the team! We ordered an anchor (just sent through a pic I found online) and a cake topper (also an online pic) they made the anchor to my exact specifications (from the rope to the engravings) even the super cute cake topper down to the smallest detail! The design team is so friendly and lovely to work with and make your dream come alive. These are by far the best items I have seen around! I live in Cape Town and it was totally worth it to have these made and sent to me.
